Return and Exchange (India)

We ask that you not to use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

We do the reverse pickup only when we deliver a wrong size or defective product. If your product has a manufacturing defect, if your order gets damaged during the delivery, if we deliver wrong products, or if the size of the product is incorrect, we attempt to exchange your product with courtesy without any additional shipping charges.

If you want to exchange a product or if you encounter any such defect, you are required to send a mail at india@hashcart.com within 3 days of delivery. Your request will be reverted within 48 business hours by our dedicated customer connect team. Our reply time is 72 hours maximum.

Exchange (International orders)

We do not do exchange international orders because of huge gap and difference in shipping cost. The products are manufactured in india in our manufacturing house.

All the products are made with love in house and the "average" international shipping cost is around 2000-2500 INR. i.e reverse shipment would not be possible.
